Grant Collins reigns supreme with his concoctions at the Zeta Bar in the Hilton Sydney, with his signature drink being the Cytrus Sorbet Gimlet (and yes, they’re sharing the recipes on the T&L website!)
A little closer to home is bartender Brian Van Flandern who mixes things up at Bemelmans Bar in The Carlyle, New York. His Agave Gingerita is a frothy little mixture that sounds to die for.
