That nutty music art freak Devendra Banhart and Meredith Darrow, an independent curator, got a nifty little show together at the Half Gallery. Devendra did a pencil sketching of a small black circle that resembles a belly button ($1800). He and Darrow brought in friends like Scott Campbell (the money painting), Megan Marrin ( a black leather wall sculpture), and a great sketch of a bearded guy by Fabrizio Moretti (the Strokes!) that’s already sold.
