In addition to the many joys of summer – long days, warm weather escapes, ice cream treats – comes the opportunity for music lovers and fans alike to take part in outdoor concerts. Every year, the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn plays host to a selection of musical acts, ranging from well known artists to up and comers. Though the venue for the concerts has changed over the years from McCarren Park to the latest iteration at the Williamsburg Waterfront on Kent Avenue, each experience is better than the next.
